WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT!
This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! On our second day my family had money stolen from our rooms and were called liars by the staff either after the rude reception staff slipped up and told us somebody had accessed our room while we was out by a master key! We was told to wait and was passed from “manager” to “manager” to apparently get this resolved - the resolution - ‘your a liar’ I’ve never ever met staff so rude in a hotel. The way they spoke to my family was disgusting. We were told this never happens in this hotel then checked Google reviews and see loads of people have had other items and money stolen! The food was disgusting unless you like last nights onion rings and broccoli for breakfast that is. We met another guest who had been in her room for 2 days after getting food poisoning and being scammed in the in-house salon £50 to have toes painted after being told she would only pay £20! And I’m sure you can guess what the managements answer was to her complaints about both - once again she was a liar.
Please do not waste your money, time and holiday staying in this hotel and make the same mistake me and my family did!
Grand Uysal is a very good hotel and I was very happy with all of ther services provided. I had an all inclusive package and thus had access to the buffet.
The room quality was good with air con that can be manually operated.
The audience was very diverse, consisting of people from different European countries such as Germany, Poland and Russia. As Caribbean black male, and my partner, a Caribbean female, I did feel that there was a lot of uncomfortable, and constant staring at us (from other guests not from staff). I would like to believe that this was due to my presence being uncommon as opposed to the staring being malicious, however it is something that we noticed and did make me feel less comfortable than i woukd have liked. However this is not to take away from the great services and staff. Other's experiences may be different but this is what we experienced.
All shops in the area take both Euros and or Lira which was very helpful when paying.
All on all a very good experience and would recommend the hotel.
Just came back from the holiday. I was pleasantly surprised how stuff are nice and welcoming.
Food was actually tasty and nice selection, only the buffet could be more varied as it was fries and burgers every day.
Shame, there are no proper cocktails as it gets a little repetitive as you get vodka, gin, brandy and beer.
Beach is right next to the hotel with use of umbrellas and sun beds.
Migros shops are within 3 min walk, which was handy.
I would recommend to book private transfer, otherwise you will be collecting people on the way and instead of 3 hrs journey, it will be 5 hrs. So transfer was biggest disappointment.
But overall, great holiday.

In august I visited hotel Grand Uysal Beach again. As always the hotel welcomed me with pleasant atmosphere. The room was very nice, spacious, at the required hygienic level as well as all areas of the hotel. The food was excellent, varied. The beach is clean, well-maintained with a great servis. I am very glad to call this hotel my second home :)

Our second year at this fantastic hotel.
We stayed here for 2 weeks in august.From arrival to departure the staff were friendly and accomodating.
Prior to our visit I requested a certain block to stay in and this was honoured.
All the team work the extra mile at Grand Uysel.The pizza man is very friendly and hard working and Abraham the chef always has time to chat.The waiters ensure that guests are well looked after and keep the areas clean and tidy.
We did not have to eat out one night on our 2 week stay, there is food for everyone and the food is fresh and tasty.
The hotel has its own beach through a tunnel were there are sunbeds available.The staff at the pool bar work very hard and always have a smile on their face. The only 2 improvements I feel they could benefit from would be free wifi in rooms ans a hand rail placing on the slope that leads from the pool bar to the pool as the tape kept coming off and we saw many guest falling on their backs. But apart from that we loved the hotel and have booked to return next year.
